How It Works

1. Choose your gear or package
2. Book and sign agreement online via techoutdoors.rentrax.io
3. Pickup in Burnaby or arrange delivery
4. Pay by credit card online, etransfer, or cash (deposit and payment)
5. Adventure with reliable power and connectivity
6. Easy return

Deposits

1. We require a security deposit on each of our items
2. Deposits are returned in full after the equipment is returned and checked
3. Cosmetic issues are a not a problem
4. We expect that the functionality isn't affected, cases and screens to be intact and functional, as well as any waterpoofing
5. Deposits can be by cash or etransfer, or in some cases through credit card holds
